Welcome to Mowe zone of PAN(OG). PAN is an abbreviation for Poultry Association of Nigeria, while OG is an abbreviation for Ogun State chapter. The association largely consist of Poultry Farmers who specializes in rearing birds especially chickens in commercial quantity for meat consumption and egg production.
Other affiliated members of the association are Feed Millers, Veterinary Service Providers (Vet Pharmaceuticals & Veterinarians), Hatchery Operators, Equipment providers, Extension workers, just to mention a few
The Mowe Zone of PANOG, is one of the largest poultry farms concentration hubs in Nigeria. The zone is also one of the six that makes up the Ogun State Chapter.
We are driven by the shared passion of contributing our quota to meet the second Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) of the United Nations which seeks to ensure Zero Hunger.
Zero Hunger: End Hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.
The two major foods produced by Poultry Farmers, Eggs & Chickens are the cheapest food that are very rich in protein, a nutrient that is very essential to achieve improved nutrition of the UN SDGs.
The world exists today because the inhabitants have nutritious food to eat, and Poultry Farmers Associations are major players in ensuring year round affordable feeding.
